1. Agreement to Terms

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and IQUARK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, concerning your access to and use of the Services.

You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you via email. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.

2. Our Services & Eligibility

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement.

The Services are intended solely for users who are at **least 18 years old**. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for our Services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (e.g. bots, scripts, scrapers).
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Purchases, Payments & Taxes

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment details (including email address, payment method, and card expiration date) so we can complete your transactions.

We collect subscription payments and billing details. GST of 18% (Goods and Services Tax) or other applicable sales taxes will be added to the price of purchases as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our subscription rates (INR/USD) at any time. We will provide you with prior notice of any changes to your subscription pricing before renewal.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have full access to ZocialOne benefits until your subscription cycle naturally terminates.

Unless required by local consumer laws, all subscription payments (excluding specific prorated slot adjustments) are **non-refundable**. If you are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at support@zocialone.ai or call us at (+91) 9515734891.

7. Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile a database or directory without written permission from us.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise tarnish our brand name, logo, or services in our reasonable opinion.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or materials that disrupt any party's uninterrupted use of the Services.
• Use any buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
• Use the Services to compete with us or build a competitive product.

8. Third-Party Integrations

ZocialOne allows you to link your account with third-party networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business). You represent and warrant that you are entitled to link these accounts and grant ZocialOne access without breach of any terms set by the third-party providers.

By utilizing YouTube API services, you hereby acknowledge and agree that your use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Meta integrations (Instagram Connection and Facebook Page publishing) require adherence to Meta Partner guidelines. We do not inspect or audit your Social Network Content, and you are solely responsible for compliance with their platform rules.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of **India**.

IQUARK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of **Hyderabad, Telangana, India** shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms or usage of our platform.

10. Electronic Communications & Signatures

Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SERVICES. You waive any rights under laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery of non-electronic records.
