1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

ZocialOne strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content, behavior, communication, or activity that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Sharing or requesting sexual content involving minors

• Grooming or predatory behavior

• Sexualization of minors

• Sextortion

• Trafficking or solicitation involving minors

Any violation will result in immediate content removal, account suspension, and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child safety authorities.

2. User Reporting Mechanism

Users can report harmful or inappropriate content directly within the ZocialOne app through:

• The in-app support/reporting option

All reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly.

3. Removal of CSAM & Legal Compliance

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM:

• The content will be immediately removed

• The user may be permanently banned

• ZocialOne will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant local authority, in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

ZocialOne complies with:

• All global and regional child protection and reporting laws

• Google Play’s Child Safety Standards

• Safe handling, escalation, and reporting procedures for CSAM incidents
