ZocialOne strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content, behavior, communication, or activity that exploits, endangers, or harms children.

Strictly Prohibited Material & Behaviors:

2. User Reporting Mechanism

Users can report harmful, suspicious, or inappropriate content or behavior directly to our safety team:

3. Removal of CSAM & Legal Reporting

Upon obtaining actual knowledge or suspicion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE):

  1. The violating content will be immediately deleted from our servers.
  2. The associated user account will be permanently banned and blocked.
  3. ZocialOne will report the incident and data to the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)** or relevant local Indian law enforcement authorities (Cyber Crime cells) in accordance with federal legislation.
