Questions about workspaces
Who are workspaces for?
Agencies that manage several clients, and businesses that run more than one brand. Each brand or client gets its own workspace, so nothing mixes.
Do I need a workspace for every brand?
Not always. One plan can hold several brands, up to its number of social accounts. Use workspaces when you want each brand kept separate, with its own plan, credits and brand kit.
How much does a workspace cost?
Each workspace has its own plan: Essential, Professional or Business. You pick the plan when you create the workspace, and pay for it on its own.
Does the free trial cover every workspace?
No. The 7-day free trial covers your first workspace. Every workspace you add after that is paid, even during the trial.
Can the same social account be in two workspaces?
Yes. You can link the same account in more than one workspace.
What happens if I delete a workspace?
Its plan is cancelled and it keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. On that date, that workspace and its data are deleted. Your other workspaces are not touched. There is no refund for the remaining time.
