Group your locations. Automate the posting.
Grouping is built for brands and agencies running many location accounts at once. Bundle locations into groups, publish to every account inside a group in one action, and let Zoe run the month end to end. Set it up once, then spend about 15 minutes a month reviewing what she has planned.
Nothing posts without approval. Location owners keep their veto.
Where should this post go?

Four steps from a spreadsheet of outlets to a running posting calendar.
Connect the accounts
Bring in every location's pages and profiles — bulk import, or hand off to your ZocialOne onboarding team.
Build your groups
Group by city, region, franchisee, format or campaign. A location can sit in more than one group.
Post once to the group
One composer, every account in the group. Local details — address, offer, handle — fill in per location.
Let Zoe run it
Zoe schedules to each location's best time, watches performance and flags what to repeat next week.
Everything a multi-location team asks for on the first call.
Unlimited groups
Nest and overlap groups however the business is actually organised — zones, franchisees, launch cohorts.
Bulk publish & schedule
One composer pushes to every connected account in the group, across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.
Per-location variables
Address, phone, offer code, store handle and city tag swap themselves in, so a group post still reads as a local post.
Approval chains
Brand drafts, regional manager reviews, franchisee approves. Nothing goes live until the chain clears.
Roles & permissions
Give each location access to only its own accounts, while HQ keeps a view across every group.
Group-level analytics
Compare region against region and outlet against outlet on one screen. Export or schedule the report.
Shared asset library
Approved creatives, captions and campaign kits sit in one place, so no location improvises off-brand.
Unified inbox per group
Comments and DMs from every account in a group land in one queue, routed to whoever owns that location.
Zoe on top of it all
Zoe drafts the local variants, picks the send times per city and tells you which outlets need attention this week.
Built for whoever owns more accounts than hours.
Franchises · 100+ outlets
National campaign, local page
HQ pushes the campaign to all zones at once. Each franchisee still approves what appears on their own page.
Agencies
One workspace per client
Keep every client's locations separated, staff mapped to their own accounts, and reporting ready without rebuilding decks.
Regional chains · 5–50
A calendar that covers every branch
Run city-level offers without a separate calendar per branch, and see which store actually drove the footfall.
Enterprise marketing
Governance, without the bottleneck
Brand controls the templates and permissions; regions still move fast inside the guardrails they were given.
Resellers · white-label

Every platform each location already uses.
Connect the accounts once per location. Grouping keeps the tokens, the rate limits and the platform rules out of your way.
Bulk onboarding available for 100+ location rollouts.
Fifteen minutes a month. Zoe handles the rest, end to end.
You review the month’s plan and approve. Zoe does the work a social media manager would do for every location in every group — research, drafting, local variants, scheduling, replies and the monthly report.
Zoe connects over MCP, so she can also work from the tools you already run — your asset drive, your sheets, your CRM — instead of asking you to re-enter what’s already there.
